Many organizations have the role of Scrum Master on their development teams to help identify impediments and remove roadblocks for engineering teams in delivery. Due to the singular mission that a role like this has, most scrum masters do not get the opportunity to truly effect their entire organization. This talk will cover what else an organization could do to expand the reach of their scrum masters by evolving the role or adding an additional role which also focuses on permeating agile coaching into their development & product groups. In the industry, some call this role an Agile Coach, some call it an Agile Project Manager, both of which the speakers of this talk have experience with.
