To streamline this process and ensure efficient management of these temporary projects, we would like to request the addition of expiration dates to the projects.
Details of the Request:
- Purpose: To automatically set expiration dates for temporary projects, ensuring they are deactivated after a specified period unless extended or converted to a licensed project.
- Benefits: This will help in managing resources effectively, avoiding unnecessary usage of the platform, and ensuring that only active and relevant projects are maintained.
- Implementation: We suggest adding a feature that allows setting an expiration date at the time of project creation. Notifications should be sent to the project owner and admin team a few days before the expiration date, with options to extend or convert the project to a licensed one.
