There should be a flag to use 'Enable/Disable passcode' in the Tools menu of the mobile studio. The feature should be optional.
Reasons: We have configured apple accounts on iPhones, the credentials of which is not disclosed to end users. However enabling/disabling a device will ask for the credentials of the apple account. And hence we do want to disable the 'Device Passcode' feature itself.
