Description:
Currently, when uploading an application in Digital.ai Continuous Testing:
- The Application Manager UI allows specifying a Unique name parameter during upload.
- The Apps Manager in Mobile Studio does not provide this option when uploading while a device is open.
This creates an inconsistency because the API supports the Unique name parameter, but the Apps Manager UI does not expose it. As a result, users cannot assign unique identifiers when uploading directly from Mobile Studio, which limits flexibility and causes issues
Proposed Improvement:
Add the Unique name field to the Apps Manager upload dialog in Mobile Studio, ensuring parity with the Application Manager UI and API capabilities.
Benefits:
Consistent functionality across all upload methods.
Eliminates the need for workarounds using API calls or switching to Application Manager UI.
