We created a defect template and created a new defect from the template. If we click on a normal backlog item title and go to the relationships tab, the tasks section has an option to Add Inline, but if I do the same with a defect, it does not have this option. It just shows Add (which brings up a dialog). We kindly request you consider “add inline” for defect tasks for your backlog.

Was this functionality ever added in newer releases of V1? I would also like to see this, since my team treats backlog items and defects the same when it comes to adding tasks.
Please add this ability to 'Add Inline'! I cannot think of a good reason why Add Inline wasn't a choice to begin with...
