Priority of a task in a story can be adjusted. But a task's priority in a template cannot be adjusted. Sometimes, tasks are added to a template after the templates are created. But we can't adjust that task's priority in the template. The priority has to be adjusted each time the story is brought in, which is also forgotten sometimes.
