Allow a user to update their password from the Preferences page within My Home. We've been rolling the application out to more and more users in our company. Whenever we set new users up, we give them a temporary password and have them update their own. It would make the process easier if they could do this update directly from their Preferences page in the My Home area. Some users have a hard time understanding that they need to click on their name, then go into Edit mode to update their password.

• I have to train people over and over about how to change their password. Most just leave it as the introductory one I give them.

• An action to change your password has been added to the user menu, making this easier to access. The user menu is at the top right of every major page within VersionOne and provides quick access to Password, Preferences, Member Details and Logout.
