Oftentimes when we are planning, we find that we add sets of tasks or tests that we've already created for some previous story. It would be really nice to just be able to copy a set of these previously defined items so that we don't have to rekey them all in again. This would be especially helpful during planning sessions where the whole team is there and efficiency is all the more important.

• The ability to copy tasks and tests from a Template exists in the Summer 2009 Release. The template method allows easy reuse and the ability to consolidate a helpful set of standard items from which to pick. Please take a look and feel free to log a new idea if it would help to take another step down this path and copy from previously closed items.
