The use scenario is to create a mailing list off to send a survey to specific users to get feedback and be able to drill down onto a specific issue.

• As of the Spring 2013 release, Forum Administrators can see all voters for an Idea, including their email addresses. This allows an easy method to begin out-of-band communications when needed.
