For on-demand hosted customer we would like the From: entry when sending out a Custom Report to be From; the or Blank. Have the user logged into Agility email address auto filling the From entry does not allow for custom reports to be sent by email.

Determination from Support. "it is likely our email server is rejecting using your email address in the From field when the email is really coming from server and so the domain of your email address isn't matching up with the domain of our SMTP server."

Having to manually change the From entry to is not documented anywhere and users are not aware that this needs to be done to get mail to send.
