Add the ability to create a dependency between a feature and a story (backlog item)

It is common the whole feature doesn't need completed for the dependency to clear.

HI Jay - Can you please give more details on this idea? Are you looking for an option to make epic (feature) as an upstream or down stream dependency for the story(backlog items)?
