The ability to manage the retention and destruction of work management records has become increasingly important as regulatory and legal considerations influence business. Currently, Agility permanently retains all work management records from initial implementation forward.
As security, risk and compliance specialists evaluate Agility data, their focus has moved beyond the primary work management records and now includes additional metadata like audit logs. Agility audit logs contain information about the creation, modification, and deletion of work management records as well as the users performing those actions. Security, risk, and compliance specialists indicate there is a need for the ability to configure the information retention timeframes and destruction parameters for Agility audit log data.
This idea seeks the ability for customer System Administrators to configure audit log retention duration. This idea also seeks the ability to permanently delete audit log records from the Agility database after the retention timeframe has been reached.
