When creating a backlog item from the Storyboard bring the description content from the parent feature forward, as it does when creating backlog items from the Portfolio Tree.
This enhancement would make backlog creation consistent across the system and reduce cut+paste required for general feature details.

From the portfolio item view, we are creating a child story so we know the details of the portfolio item and it is easy for us to bring in the description content appropriately but where as in the story board it may be lot of difficult to understand the parent portfolio item & brings in description. We will check with the team on the possibility bring in this change.
