This requests is to add the ability to modify Tags for closed assets. We use tags for effort classification. Sometimes the effort classification needs to change after the asset has been closed. When this happens, there isn't a good user experience to change or add and additional tag. This is because the asset must be re-opened, modified, re-closed. If the asset was in an iteration that was closed, that iteration must also be re-opened. This is very cumbersome. Since modifications are tracked in the asset history, locking an asset once closed seems to be of limited benefit since there is a still a way to modify the asset.
