As a user, I want to be able to add custom fields to the Teams asset. This is so that I can track certain information about the team such as what reporting org they are a part of. For regulatory purposes, we must show tracability to not just the ART that the work was owned by, but also the team and individual. Having custom fields captured and reportable around the team and the individual owners allows us to manage the accountability aspect when checking if people and teams are correctly following the policies and standards.
