As a product owner, I'd like the ability to filter my Portfolio Tree view to only display Portfolio Items that have no teams in the Teams field (not Target Team). This is so that I can filter my view to show only Portfolio Items that my team has some sort of work for, anywhere in the hierarchy, while also excluding work that has not had any work defined for it yet.
