When I go to the taskboard view, it lists the name of the task, and underneath it lists the owners and the "To Do" value.
I am proposing allowing each task's box's height to extend to view all of the owners. Currently, if someone has a long name, it will cut off their last name, or if the task has more than one owner, the other owners are cut off (the user can only see what fits on the first line below the title). I feel that this would lead to a cleaner display.
This issue can also lead to the taskboard being misleading (it appears as though only one owner exists, when the "main" person responsible for the task might not appear at all).
My initial thought was that this might be a browser rendering bug, but I have verified that this is how it displays in both IE 7 and Firefox 3.5.

The short name field is used on the Taskboard to fit multiple owners in if necessary. In the Fall '09 Release, a long list of owner names will cause the owners list to wrap so you will see all owners regardless of the number of lines it takes.
