The Eclipse IDE has an existing framework for task, context, and time tracking called Mylyn. There are already connectors for Bugzilla, XPlanner, Trac, etc. Developers that spend most of their time in Eclipse would find an Eclipse Mylyn connector for V1 useful since it could pull down their tasks, associate source code with tasks, and automatically track and update the actual hours spent on a task.

I wholeheartedly agree with this!
Actually, I was realy surprised, that your eclipse plugin is so lame (offering funny functionality comparing to mylyn). Only thing which could suffice is to make a mylyn connector. Why you even bothered creating that plugin?
Mylyn connector will be greeeeeeeeeeeeat !
Please give us an integration to mylyn!!!
i was asked this question by our dev team today--this would be a huge improvement from the current plugin.
Another one of those embarrassing moments when I have to answer things like this. "You mean Version One doesn't connect to Mylyn? Everything else does!"
