Finding it very difficult to move portfolio items such as features & sub-features in different order through drag & drop. It either nests the item in another feature item or just puts it back into the same order it was originally. If there was an up-down arrow option, that would be great. But it seems almost impossible to re-order by only drag & drop.

Interesting idea but i don't think providing a up & down arrows will solve this problem. We can check with the design team.
