When editing a field on an issue/story or writing a comment and the page is reloaded or the browser tab is closed, the website should either 1.) save a draft of what you're typing so it can repopulate the text box after reload, or 2.) Cause a browser popup that confirms if you want to reload the page. Most websites (and by "most" I mean "pretty much all of them") do either one of those so users don't lose work if the window is accidentally closed or reloaded. I saw that the first option was proposed by a different user and marked as "not doing," but I think #2 should suffice.
I know this is already implemented when creating a NEW story/issue, but not when editing an existing one.
This would be useful for everyone who works on issues or stories because it prevents accidental data loss. For example, I lost about 20 minutes this morning because I accidentally hit the "refresh" button on my keyboard while I was in the middle of writing a several paragraph-long comment while doing bug investigation.
