We would like to add Personal Performance Goals (PPGs) into the OKR system.
These goals are private by nature.
Currently it is only possible to create public OKRs and make them private after the fact. There is label called "Publicly Readable" on the creation form but you can't change it.
We would like the option to mark them as private on the creation form.

Wouldn't it be great if we could designate goals as private before creating them in the system? I've had to scramble to hide objectives after creation, leading to brief visibility issues.
