We have standard issues and have developed a "template" to copy and paste standard description and resolution information into a new issue but it would be more effective if there were an issue template feature. This would include the generate issue function, like other templates, which could be used to create a new issue with the standard description, resolution and completed fields and would save time filling out so many fields.
