Add a button to invoke a simple spellchecker on these boxes or make them support the in-built browser spellcheckers (Firefox can underline as you type)
Further, add an option on the user or the system to always invoke on OK

I am using the Google "spelling checker"; It is working good (like word document). http://toolbar.google.com/T5/intl/en/index.html
