With all the notification options available, there is no option to get notified if the status of a test changes. I would specifically like to get notified when a test fails. This seems odd to me because I am able to sign up for notifications of status changes on backlog items and defects but I cannot get notified when a test fails.

This is a no brainer, should be included in the next release!
I am very surprised that something as obvious as this got only three votes in nine months.
This would be a very good feature to have. We can get notified if a Test Set fails, but not if a Test fails.
When a test fails, more work needs to be done, and the owner of the story needs to be aware of the issue. Right now, we are using a manual process to notify the owner(s) when a test fails.
Having an automated method of doing this would be very beneficial.
This seems like a "must have". Adding complexity, as a developer I would like to know any time a test fails on a story where I had a development task.
I still think this is a really importmnat feature
Funny thing - this came today in a meeting. Over a dozen developers, and their QA testers, ALL said that they wanted this feature. They were a bit shocked that they couldn't add that to their subscriptions.
This is a no-brainer feature add!
this would be very beneficial
Members may setup Subscription notifications for Tests. Status change event is included.
