Users who are transitioning from Rally to VersionOne would find it easier if there were a tool to aid in importing all their data from their Rally account to VersionOne. This tool would already understand the different data mappings between the two tools.

You would run this tool at the beginning of the transition from Rally to VersionOne. The tool would be able to compensate for multiple runs (changes in configuration of tool or data mappings) so the import could be overriden.

• While CSV could be used as an intermediate (E.g. export from rally, use a tool to move stuff around, and import into V1), it would be most interesting to have a tool that actually exports directly from Rally (using REST API) and import into the V1.
