It would be very nice to be able to rank epics using a simple drag-n-drop.
At the present time, it's not possible and it's really a mess when prioritizing epics in the backlog.

• ...and the PBIs within the Epics. Currently you can only do this by exiting the epic area, re-ordering within the backlog view, and then returning to the Epic view to make sure you have them in the expected order. frustrating!

• Drag and drop epic and story ranking is available on both the Epic Tree page and the Breakdown view as of the Winter '12 Release.
