We have multiple teams working on separate projects using the same version one system.
I would like people from other teams to see what it going on in my sprint backlog, but I do not want to have to weed through them when I am assigning backlog items to owners.
The list of users I can choose from should either be filtered by the current selected member group or at least filter out all the observers on the current project.

The Owners List defines which team members show up as potential backlog owners in the project. You can set this using the Admin > Members > Project Roles page in the application.
