We have multiple teams working on separate projects using the same version one system.

I would like people from other teams to see what it going on in my sprint backlog, but I do not want to have to weed through them when I am assigning backlog items to owners.

The list of users I can choose from should either be filtered by the current selected member group or at least filter out all the observers on the current project.

  • The Owners List defines which team members show up as potential backlog owners in the project. You can set this using the Admin > Members > Project Roles page in the application.
