During my teams story planning and estimating sessions, I often find that we need to jump back and forth between the Details and Relationships tabs in order to see the Tests that have been defined. Given that the Tests are the criteria by which an item will be considered "done", they are key to getting consensus on the estimate, but the flow of the discussion tends to get thrown off by the back-and-forth between these tabs ("Can you switch back to the description?" followed shortly by "What was the acceptance criteria again?").
So I think it would be helpful to include the Tests grid (not the Tasks, though) in the Details tab for backlog items.

Relationship grids, including Tests, are shown in the same view as the item details as of the Spring 2011 release. Further, a summary of existing relationships is shown at the top of the details. This eliminates the need of switching between tabs to see all of the information.
