New UI - taskboard lost Backlog item status

Argh! Taskboard is the primary view we use, and for some reason the new UI update (July 2011) has dropping the Backlog status field from view.

ANNOYING!!

Its not even visible when you mouse-over... you have to actually click into every backlog item, or go to a different view.

FAIL.

  • Our QA folks have noticed this change as well. Optimally we could have the status added back onto the story card on the testboard and taskboard (for consistency). Second best solution is to display the status on the hover popup.

  • I would prefer displaying the Backlog/Defect Item status for each row in Testbaord/Taskboard. That would make it easier for us to test.
