When creating a new Epic the standard backlog item menu appears.
When I click on the magnifying glass for 'epic' in an attempt to nest the new epic right there, the screen flashes and takes me back to the epic screen, deleting my work on the new epic.
I want to be able to create a nested epic from the epic creation screen.

This sounds like an issue we've seen with the Firefox browser. We plan to address this in an upcoming point release. In the meantime, please try a different browser to work around the issue.
