Deploy - While applying an YAML, via CLI, which has a nonexistent Environment and Dictionary defined, the yaml apply is successful without throwing up error. It should ideally mention "Environment and Dictionary defined is nonexistent".
This looks like a Bug and request you to please have it fixed.
