since we already have the capability to notify our users about upcoming/ongoing maintenance on the xlr home page,
we would suggest adding this same capability at plugin level as well. This will help our users to become aware of any ongoing maintenance with a particular plugin.

We appreciate your request. To ensure a thorough understanding, could you please provide more specific details about the intended use case?
In the upcoming release, version 23.3, set for October 2023, we are introducing a Home page feature that empowers users to integrate custom Announcement tiles (widgets). These tiles can be customized to meet the unique requirements of organizations. Release administrators will have the capability to manually add multiple tiles, each of which can contain information about a separate plugin, and update their descriptions as needed. Is this approach in line with the use case you have in mind, or are you considering an automated solution?
