When looking to setup an official plugin repository mirror for airtight environments following this doc https://docs.digital.ai/bundle/devops-release-version-v.22.1/page/release/how-to/plugins-manager-airtight-env.html#configure-nexus-mirror the only option currently is to use Sonatype Nexus 2.
The purpose of this ticket is to request support for alternatives to nexus and most notably Artifactory, since artifactory can mirror nexus and Deploy/Release natively support Artifactory.

Appreciate the update. The team has scheduled this investigation for the end of Q1 or the beginning of Q2. We will provide further updates once findings are available.
This support is planned for 24.3 version (Q4, 2024).
We’ve added support for JFrog Artifactory in Release. Please let us know if the solution meets your expectations. Based on your feedback, we can plan similar updates for Deploy in one of the 25.x releases.

Starting with version 25.3, Deploy supports storing plugins in JFrog Artifactory.
