We want to update wait tasks for all templates to include status check of 'Canceled' as well along with 'Closed'. It looks like the current plugin version cannot support more than one value in the 'Status check' field.
This task is of type ServiceNow (official plugin)
and subtype/tasktype is "Wait for Status"
Seems like the field "Status to check for" can only support one value at a time and wanted to know if there was a way to check for more or if something could be implemented to do so.
For example, currently it checks for "Closed" status in the workflow but we also want to check for "Canceled" status in case if any CTask is not needed and canceled in ServiceNow.

The investigation is taking longer than we initially expected. We plan to complete it within the next two weeks and will provide an update.
We have completed investigation and started the implementation of the required changes. The changes are planned to be delivered with 24.3 General Availability release.
This change is available with 24.3 version.
