Some of our releases require manual approvals or variable entries. These are generally completed quickly, but sometimes folks lose track and they sit until someone checks the release and pokes the user. It would be nice if Release could automatically re-send the task notifications (essentially a reminder) after a task configurable period of time, so the reminding and unblocking of these tasks can continue in a more automated fashion.
It might also be nice if this notification re-send could be triggered manually from the release separately from this timed cycle. The alternative now is for a release owner to create their own message for the assignee to get to the task.

Thanks for sharing this idea. It aligns with feedback we've heard from other customers as well. To better understand your use case, we have a few follow-up questions:
- At what level would you prefer the reminder to be set - globally for all tasks, or configurable at the task or release level?
- For manually resending notifications, who should have the ability to do this? Any user, or should it be limited to certain permissions, or roles like the release owner or admin?
- Should these reminders be sent on a recurring schedule? If so, what frequency would be effective without overwhelming users?
