Generate user permission report is failing due to limitation of the row restrictions in Excel spread sheet. But it would be better if the report would create a new sheet continuing with the data that did not fit rather than erroring out or further more options for filtering would help as well, so we don't generate a report that is too big in the first place, it would be really nice top exclude the has permission column which would drastically reduce the number of rows needed

  • We've proposed a solution involving a release with a script task. This script will collect all users and their global roles, regardless of whether the user actually has the role assigned. This requires the Audit report/Audit data global permission, which grants read-only access to Release data.

Depending on user interest and observed usage, we may enhance this in the future by allowing the User Permissions report to be exported as a .zip file containing individual .csv files for each tab.
