As a Deploy User, I would like a public API call available to be able to toggle the inherited permissions on a Configuration Item. We have run into situations when maintaining Deploy CI permission states as code that require some permissions from the parent to still be active/set as we update others.
In the envisioned future state, you would hit the API end so it works similar to how you can manage that inherited permissions state through the UI (e.g. it manually checks all the previous permissions you were inheriting so nothing is lost)
