During an audit we were asked about the updates on the global security roles in Digital a.i Release. Because we could not find the historical data ready we had to implement a costly audit log parsing and monitoring solution. For the future, we would appreciate an improvement on the available audit data. It would be helpful to have them consolidated on a DB table, especially for the traces of security and permission update actions.

- What specific historical data is required, and in what format? For example:
Timestamp | Performed by (User) | Previous Version value | Current Version value
Should this apply to: Global roles? Global permissions? Any other data?
- How long does this data need to be retained?
- Would storing these logs in a dedicated database table meet your needs, or do you require some csv or UI-based access?
- How often do you need to query or review this data?
