As we are aware, there are different permissions associated with starting and creating a release. However, a user has reported that they do not wish to grant the "Start Automatically on Selected Date" checkbox permission to the Development team, while they want only the Dev team to create the release, as this permission is by default included with the "Create Release" permissions.
We would like to inquire if it is possible to manage and control this permission separately, allowing only users with the "Start Release" permission (as opposed to those with the "Create Release" permission) to access this feature. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
