Basicaly we would like to have a vision of which version is deployed in which environment.
More precisely the fields (cf : attachment) in the deploy environment are:
- deployed application, application
- infrastructure
Here is an exemple folder structure we have in deploy:
ID: Environments/Azure_SaaS/CO/Dev/Accounting-review/Environments_AccountingReview_DEV
In that regard, a filter would be a nice feature to have to be able to filter for accounting review and have quick vision of what is deployed on all 4 Accounting-review envrionnment (dev, qa, staging, prod in our case).
Finaly being able to retrieve a dictionary object and see what are the value would be a nice feature in the future.

We will be exploring the possibilities of adding these improvements as a next step for Backstage in future releases, preliminarily planned for 26.x. We are also monitoring interest and support from the broader community to help guide prioritization.
