We just want any type of RITM(part of CHG) to be able to relate under 'Requested Items' tab in ServiceNow.

Also, we want to related M-INCs(M1/M2/M3) to the emergency/retroactive CHG under 'Incidents Resolved by Change' tab.

We would like these two capabilities to be built in XLR.
