Add Failure Handler functionality at Core: Sequential Group level to catch failures of entire group of tasks. This would enable developers of templates to group tasks by logical failure points: i.e. if a developer knows a certain subset of sequential tasks would all require the same failure handling script, they can group them all under a single Sequential Group and enable the Failure Handler on the Sequential Group to handle any failures within that subset of tasks in the same way.
