We have a need to view any manual tasks or user input tasks that are currently waiting on either being picked up by a team member, or have been assigned to a user, and not completed or skipped.
The filter for my tasks or my group tasks is good, but often we will be waiting on users outside of our team.
Would it be possible to add a Task Type filter, for one or more task types?
Maybe also have the same color on the task view as in the Release view. For example, releases are green and gates are red.

Interesting use case, we have to check with other customers/users to see how useful it is to bring the filter option
This idea was originally created on the Digital.ai Agility product IdeaSpace, but we believe it belongs to the Release product. We are transferring it to the Release IdeaSpace.
Some improvements for Tasks page planned for the 26.1 release, based on this request:
- Add the ability to filter and view all unassigned tasks.
- Color consistency: we noticed that Create Release tasks appear grey on the Tasks page, and both Create Release and Gate tasks turn grey when skipped on the Release Overview page. We plan to unify the behavior and keep colors consistent for these task types, regardless of their status (green for Create Release tasks, red for Gate tasks).
Please let us know if you have noticed any other scenarios, and whether your request is related to this change for colors or something else.

Good to hear about the colors. No other scenarios at the moment, but I will say if I find something.
As for the task types filter. At the moment, we only have a need for manual and input tasks, but I can see filtering by other task types being useful.
