Hello,

We're experiencing an issue with WebSSO login on our Release Instances where the login screen message isn't visible. To address this, we suggest adding a feature to display a mandatory popup message after SSO login, ensuring users read important information.

Thank you

  • Thank you for the idea. Could you share what type of message is currently shown to your users and how often it changes?
Would you prefer the message to stay on the screen until the user closes it manually, or should it disappear automatically after a short time?

As a possible improvement, we’re considering adding a close icon to System messages (Settings → Configure system message) so users can dismiss the message themselves. Would this work for your case, or do you use system messages for other purposes as well?

  • Hello,
details was given to PM team during a meeting.
    Regards

  • We discussed several approaches:

    - A dedicated login page that offers both SSO sign-in and username/password options.
    - Alternatively, showing a banner after SSO sign-in that all users would see and need to acknowledge. Which might be displayed after session time-out as well.

We will investigate to see which option can be introduced in the 26.x releases.
