ServiceNow App should use Token to Authenticate the Release platform. Currently it is using basic authentication where only the credentials of an "Internal" user setup within the Digital.ai Release platform can be used to connect from ServiceNow to Digital.ai Release platform.
Since in our case, Digital.ai Release platform authentication is using OKTA IDP to authenticate users, all the users are "External", we are unable to use the Token or even AD credentials to enter within the ServiceNow App/Module.
