XLR: Configure system message -> System health\Task manager as infographics

Dear Team,

(ASIS:) The current system setting allows the users to check the actual load within the task-manager view.

(TOBE:) Please, check whether it is possible to showcase the actual system health as infographics as per the solution of the 'Configure system message'. Showing whether there is a high load or the number of queued tasks could be sufficient as a first scenario.

(Gain:) The managers could have a quick visual on the system health.
