Add ExternalID and RoleArn on K8s.Namespace Level

Hi,

Curently the ExternalID and RoleArn are available on K8s.Master Ci to be able to perform an AssumeRole on EKS.

We need to add both fields on K8s.Namespace CI for the same.

The assumeRole must use the ExternalId and RoleArn of Namespace Ci if existing and on Cluster if not.
