ServiceNow App for Digital.ai Release
Summary
Request enhancement to the ServiceNow–Digital.ai Release app to support passing Release variables from ServiceNow Catalog Items into Digital.ai Release workflows, similar to the existing support for Change Request variables.
Current Behavior
The ServiceNow app currently supports triggering Digital.ai Release workflows and passing variables when using Change Requests. This functionality is well documented and works as expected.

Thank you for the idea. This enhancement will be delivered as an external ServiceNow Marketplace plugin. We are targeting completion in the first half of May, after which it will go through ServiceNow's approval process. We expect the updated plugin to be available by the end of May / beginning of June 2026.
