When editing a "Precondition script" there is an option to "Open in a separate window" that opens a large modal dialog for editing the script. It would be good to have this open for task script boxes like the Unix task script editing box. The existing script box is frequently too small for efficient editing.

Thank you for the idea. The expanded editor is enabled per task type, so it helps to know where it would pay off first.
Besides the Unix script task, which task types do you regularly use that would benefit from this change?
We will also keep an eye on how much interest this gets from other users with the same need.
